Your responsibilities

  • Assumption of project management for the company-wide implementation of sales and marketing-related systems and processes
  • Coordination of necessary measures for the development, evolution and improvement of ERP and CRM systems
  • Contribute to the creation of training, process documentation, company-wide understanding of CRM and a value-based sales culture
  • Analysis and monitoring of sales and marketing processes
  • Lead the company-wide implementation, management and communication of Sales Excellence principles and guidelines related to the assigned Main Focus

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master's degree or subject-related vocational qualification with corresponding further vocational training
  • Subject-specific professional experience of several years
  • Advanced in english and german
  • Expertise in customer relationship management and globally oriented sales and marketing processes
  • Independent project-oriented and conceptual work
