Project management & Sales
Project Management (PMO)
Rather than a typical work routine with rigid tasks and concepts, you can expect tasks in project management that require flexibility, organisational talent and strong communication skills. You will have an overview of all the steps involved and work intensively with customers and internal partners from R&D, marketing and production – in an interdisciplinary and intercultural manner.
Sales
The use of our high-performance products and solutions for a wide variety of measured variables requires a basis of trust. In sales, the focus is therefore on establishing and maintaining good customer relationships. Here you act as a competent contact person for all technical and commercial matters, from the processing of offers to project coordination. In addition, you can participate in cross-departmental projects.
Supply chain management
Purchasing & Logistics
Core tasks in the Purchasing & Logistics division are inventory management, material management and planning, logistical purchasing of goods and services as well as the delivery of products and solutions. Here you can participate directly in the development and implementation of relevant processes and thus increase the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics, supply chains, materials management and purchasing.
Quality Management
WIKA quality is comprehensive and internationally transparent. Within the matrix process, we certify the quality and environmental management of our subsidiaries and affiliated companies in accordance with established ISO standards. You are responsible for the design and further development of the quality management system. Create transparency about the quality level and support company divisions and affiliated companies with quality and process issues.
Production & Maintenance
Production & Maintenance
With technical vocational training, you have several entry options within the WIKA Group – mechanics, electrics or electronics. Irrespective of the specialist discipline you choose, after thorough training, you will produce leading products and solutions. All of this in a clean environment and with ergonomically designed workstations. But you can also join us in production without vocational training. We value specialists with a wide range of qualifications and experience who want to develop further with us.
Operations
In Operations, we organise resources, ensure the provision of services and control value creation. We work together to continually improve our processes. Here, you can help to achieve production goals with the help of explicit strategies. Bring your knowledge of lean production, kaizen and Six Sigma to the table.
Marketing & Product management

The range of tasks in Marketing is broad, and there are few limits to your creativity – concept development, selection of advertising material, social media communication and the design of trade show appearances. Translate our technical topics into clear, emotional messages.
In Product management, you always keep an eye on the market, competitors and potential customers. You analyse and develop products and get involved in designing the product range. You will also ensure that products are up-to-date and are replaced by new versions in good time. In addition to market positioning, you will also be involved in product and pricing in close cooperation with other areas of the company.
IT & Business intelligence

In IT and Business intelligence, you act as an internal service provider and are involved in pioneering digitalisation projects. You can apply your know-how to complex tasks and help develop solutions.
In addition to hardware and software administration, you will also make the advantages of cloud applications usable for us. With data mining and smart use of data, you also support the automation and improvement of our processes.
