1. Online application

We look forward to receiving your application via our online application system. This is extremely easy and is the fastest way for you. You can upload your attachments, such as your CV and cover letter, in all common formats. As soon as we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

Your application documents will now be forwarded directly to the responsible specialist division for review. Due to the large number of incoming applications, this preselection usually takes two to four weeks.


2. Getting acquainted


Your application has impressed us. In other words, we can well imagine that your talents fit our demands. That's why we would like to get to know you personally in an interview. The first conversation usually takes an hour.

Depending on the position, further interviews or assessment centres can then take place, in which the focus is even more on interdisciplinary topics.

3. Closing the contract

If all interviews have been successful and you too can imagine your future in our team, then the contract will be drawn up.

Once all the details have been clarified to the satisfaction of both parties, we look forward to welcoming you permanently to us soon and all that remains is to say “Welcome to the WIKA Group!”.


4. Onboarding


We make it easier for you to get started through our onboarding. You'll receive initial orientation before your first day at work.

In addition, you'll receive an individual induction plan, including training courses and personal “getting acquainted” appointments with future colleagues from different departments.
