A Segment Sales Manager develops and executes sales strategies for Food, Beverage & Pharma market segments to drive revenue growth and market share. Key responsibilities include analyzing segment trends, building strategic customers base and CX level account relationships, managing sales pipelines and forecasting, leading cross-functional teams to align strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met through performance tracking and improvement plans.
