Monitors and processes inventory and/or MRO requisitions Ensures customer needs are met and customer orders are correctly sequenced to maintain customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency Works with suppliers to deliver orders via most cost-effective delivery method, when necessary, outside of negotiated methods Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times Confers with production line supervisors to determine progress of work, projected completion dates, and causes of production delays Interfaces with customer account managers to ensure the needs of the customer are considered Analyze and procure key data to identify options for managing and developing the overall network and strategy. Assist with various procurement and purchasing related projects such as Request for Quotes (RFQs), ERP general maintenance on vendors, and general internal cross department communication Analyze and evaluate current work process and recommend changes to achieve efficiencies using common business practices Partner with purchasing and procurement on overseas global inbound analysis, aid in management of network inventory, support as necessary with supply and demand analysis Develop compelling business cases for projects / programs based on analytics, through scenarios, cost / time / resources analysis Implements, monitor and improve cross functional large and complex projects within Operations and its value streams Develop data models and reports for operational support and data-based decision making Populates all the mandatory fields to ensure uninterrupted flow of shop order from release to shipping Create and implement new PVG (Product Variant Generator) models Create PVG model using engineering approved selection tables and manufacturing provided routing Test and ensure PVG rules are accurate. Generate/modify static BOM/Route from PVG (auto generated BOM/Route) Assign quantities and rules into BOM/Routes/PVG Interpret technical information Perform root cause analysis and countermeasure for both manual BOM/PVG errors. Maintain PVG rules and keep up with model coding changes Work with different departments to configure complex BOM/Route/PVG.Performs ancillary duties as needed- May have direct reporting supply chain team members based on business needs

4-year degree in business or accounting or 8 years' experience in comparable business function Previous experience and exposure to MFG processes and inventory controlling preferred ERP system experience required Strong analytical skills- proactive and predictive analytics Strong focus on process definition, implementation and discipline Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of organization Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Access, Power Point and Word Strong organization skills, sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task effectively Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Project implementation and experience required. Experience with cross functional team management required.
