Basic Understanding ISO Standard of Flow Element 5167-1, 5167-2 , 5167-4 Standards Basics Engineering design of Primary flow components such as OFA, Venturi, Flow Nozzle, Meter Run, V Cone and Wedge Flow etc. Preferred Knowledge of product life cycle management, Engineering process, methods Review technical requirement from customer in regard with primary flow element. Basic Knowledge on Manufacturing Process (Fabrication and Machining), Welding Standards, Quality (NDT, Metallurgy), GD&T, Painting procedure, Hydro Testing and Flow Calibration ISO Standard - ISO-5167-2,4,5 and 6, ASME B31.3, ASMEB31.1, ASME B16.36 Software  Review technical requirement with primary flow element in regard to Material specification, Welding Requirement, heat treatment and machining, Coating, paint spec and NDE specifications etc. Co-ordinate with Manufacturing and support to resolve queries; Knowledgeable about manufacturing process. Hydro testing requirement and calibration requirement of Flow Equipment’s Basic Understanding G D & T as per ASME and GPS Standard Meet productivity of GAD, Manufacturing Drawings and BOM as per KPIs and improve the performance

B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering 3-6 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design / Manufacturing
