Reviews paperwork for accuracy and completeness Verify materials against the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure component capability Visually inspect gauges for damage and determine if disassembly is required Clean internal parts using compressed air and chemicals Paint gauge parts per BOM specifications and install Operate industrial ovens to dry and cure gauges, and inspect post-baking to verify gauges meet quality standards Perform O2 cleaning and FT-IR Hydrocarbon Particle and fiber testing in accordance with quality cleanliness standards using computer software applications and testing equipment Engrave stainless steel tags using engraving automator equipment Set up, program and operate laser engraving equipment to engrave identification information data and product specifications on valve components in accordance with job order requirements Use hand tools and specialized equipment to install parts and reassemble gauges for calibration, and very pressure settings Document rejected systems and label rejected systems for tracking Solder battery wires to PCB board and test for conductivity Complete and sign customer orders and job documentation, update system records, and prepare finished products for shipment Perform general support duties and assist in continuous improvements as required Performs ancillary duties as needed
