Support the South Europe QMS Manager in maintaining the ISO9001 integrated South Europe Quality Management System in relation to WIKA Spain, making sure that the local processes are properly managed according to the reference standard. Responsible for the ISO17025 Quality Management System for the accredited laboratories (2 locations); this role is performed in close cooperation with the technical responsible for the laboratory. Maintain and continuously improve the QMS and related processes, promoting the continuous monitoring and analysis of company KPIs for all the involved processes; this is done in cooperation with the process owners of the existing business sectors and of the supporting processes, and in alignment with South Europe QMS Manager. In relation to HSE:Be the reference contact with the external company in charge of the legal compliance aspects, making sure that all related documentation is properly maintained.Be the WIKA Spain contact at Corporate for Sustainability related activities, coordinating them within the local organization.Responsible to implement and maintain an effective and efficient HSE Management System according to ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, and any required local regulations, eventually reaching the certification as per SEU Management guidelines; this shall be done in cooperation with the HSE representatives in WIKA Italy and WIKA France, with the objective to have an integrated WIKA South Europe HSE Management System. Plan and conduct internal audits according to the applicable standards, guaranteeing their follow-up and completion; for ISO9001 this is done supporting the South Europe QMS Manager. Coordinate and manage any audit by customers and by involved notified bodies; for ISO9001 this is done supporting the South Europe QMS Manager. Maintain the existing certifications, and lead the organization to obtain new ones, whenever required by Management. Actively cooperate with the local Quality Support team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. Certified auditor (first and second party) according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001; ISO17025 standard knowledge is considered a plus. Knowledge and experience in understanding and mapping company processes, and in preparing related documented procedures. Knowledge of the main quality tools (PDCA, 4D and 8D, problem solving and root cause analysis techniques). Experience in usage of complex ERP systems (MS D365, SAP, ..) and familiar with data analysis and related tools. Knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing techniques is considered a plus. English language knowledge: fluent both in writing and speaking.
