Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics and trends across products, regions, and teams. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Conduct root-cause analysis on sales performance gaps and recommend improvements. Sales Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the sales funnel and customer journey. Support CRM optimization (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales process automation. Collaborate with sales teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts. Forecasting & Planning: Assist in sales forecasting and target setting using historical data and predictive models. Monitor pipeline health and provide actionable insights to drive conversions. Performance Management: Track and analyze KPIs, sales incentive programs, and productivity metrics. Support performance reviews with data insights for strategic planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure data consistency and alignment. Act as a business partner to regional and global stakeholders to drive excellence initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8–10 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in a sales or commercial environment. Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R is a plus). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics). Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
