Organizes and acts as Project Lead for several complex annual meetings including the WIKA USA National Sales Meeting, Sales Leadership Retreat and Budget Workshop. Acts as Administrator and liaison for the company automobile program, including Service Fleet and Demo Trailers. Liaison to Quality for Sales’ Controlled Documents. Manges the Purchase Requisition process for Sales including creating PR and approving requisitions in system on behalf of the Vice President of Sales. Acts as the Administrator for HR Connect, loading Sales content as well as assigning various trainings to Sales. Manages the Sales promotional item / give-away program. Maintains Sales territory maps utilizing the cloud based Easy Territory mapping program. Generates standard monthly reports via CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, etc. Coordinates and manages periodic customer visits, Sales meetings, etc. Manages the Sales MSTeams Channels. Processes product literature/software requests. Supports Sales Leadership in the planning and preparation of regular Management meetings, e.g. SML, SL, Monthly Business Reviews, etc. Completes simple to complex administrative tasks as assigned. Maintains a strict level of confidentiality.

Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred. 3-5 Years of experience in related administrative role preferred.  Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams, Power BI, Easy Territory, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort communicating with higher level management within WIKA, it’s partners and customers. Must be proactive, detail oriented, self-motivated and well organized, while maintaining flexibility. Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, Sales environment. Works well as a team member or independently. Ability to travel up to 5% per year
