Conduct high-quality and effective training for new hires in Manufacturing.  Partner with manufacturing and quality managers to identify training needs, either new training or re-training for current staff and execute training to meet specified goals. Coordinates new hire onboarding activities with HR Business Partner to ensure a seamless transition from new hire orientation to on-the-job training Delivers new hire training for manufacturing employees based on designated training plans and ensures that job processes, policies, procedures, and methods are being properly followed. Provides weekly progress updates of employee training Assesses training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of learned skills and techniques into employee's daily work; provides feedback to supervisors and Manufacturing Training Manager and suggests additional training as needed. Partners with Manufacturing Training Manager and HRBP to ensure that training content, material, and methods remain up to date and relevant for each work area Performs ancillary duties as needed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to execute multiple training events in a Manufacturing environment Sound decision making and organizational skills Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office & WIKA systems required 5+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment Training experience highly preferred Strong interpersonal skills required Ability to build relationships across multiple lines of business Flexible scheduled required (OT & Weekends)
