We, at Wika Project Support Office, India, support WIKA global offices (Europe, Middle east) with multiple activities related to Project Execution and management. Present role is for Project Execution support. Below are the major tasks to be supported by this role. Review of order Order entry in the ERP System Excel implementation of model coded templates Documentation Management Order release activities. Factory and vendor co-ordination Order expediting and customer interaction (Form small orders) Creating Pro-forma and final invoice Creating Preliminary packing list. Customer cop-ordination in case of post order issues.
B.E. Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering Experience required- 2 to 4 years
