Develops and implements account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by the Sales Manager (Regional/National). Builds strategic working relationships with clients and maintains a high level of client contact (telephonic / face to face) to ensure that their specific requirements are addressed,  in order to monitor and grow existing business.  Provides professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients. Identifies and generates new business opportunities on an ongoing basis in order to achieve predetermined sales targets.  Reports on sales opportunities and achievements as required (weekly / monthly). Converts potential sales opportunities to revenue by using WIKA CRM.

Technical degree 5 years of proven experience as a high-performing Territory Sales/Field Sales/, ideally with experience in Calibrators and Instrumentation. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.  Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate, and close deals. Able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements.  Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written in Portuguese and English (Spanish will be a plus).  Experienced in taking care of large end users and distribution. The ability to travel through the given region as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice. Autonomous, mature, and highly professional in dealing with individuals at different seniority levels. Skilled in time management, showing ability to manage multiple aspects of the business simultaneously.  Capacity to build resilient working relationships across the WIKA world.
