Description: The primary responsibility of the Inventory Clerk is to coordinate and provide physical labor required to provide timely delivery of designated parts kits to work in process. Keeps accurate documentation of all inventories that passes in, out, around, to, and through the stockroom and/or any alternate inventory locations. General Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy. Count, pull, and deliver work in process parts kits & non-planned inventory withdrawals. Assist in cycle count for inventory record accuracy. Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance and Shipping and Receiving, all related inventory transactions, problems, and processing Provide support for Shipping and Receiving whenever necessary Arrange shelving, maintain item number labels, and keep bin boxes in good order Use good housekeeping practices in keeping the stockroom neat and clean Maintain stockroom security per company policy Follow all company procedures, rules, guidelines, and safety regulations Responsible for maintaining and improving 5S standards of workplace organization and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and events. Perform all other duties or assignments as requested by the P&IC Manager.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities High School diploma or equivalent. Six months experience a plus. Working knowledge in the use of electronic and mechanical counting and weighing equipment Ability to handle heavy material. Must be able to communicate well with internal customers of the stockroom. Familiar with computers
