Manage quotations and orders through the standard processes and deal with customers and factories to assure customer satisfaction Identify customers' needs and support them about technical issues and product knowledge during the ordering process Own the individual and divisional expected Standards, Objectives, Targets and commitments of the WIKA Sales Channel and ensure they are maintained at all times Manage sales processes following the standard operating procedure and best practice Monitor buying and selling prices to maximize margin and keep a clear record of these on the internal ERP system Manage recall and follow-up recorded in CRM Guarantee all the quotations and orders are recorded within the ERP system and maintain the system updated Manage the activities as a backup to Service Provider at Customer site in Sesto Fiorentino (FI) – approx. 3 up to 6 weeks per year

Technical/Scientific diploma and/or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience (working experience in similar sector is considered a plus) Language Skills: English (written and oral) B2 level as a minimum Having an aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues Ability to work under pressure and strong customer orientation Knowledge of Automation / Industrial Instrumentation is a plus but it is not a mandatory requirement
