Manage relationships with assigned customers throughout all pre- and post-sales phases Manages relationships with assigned customers during the various pre-sales stages Provides technical and commercial support to customers belonging to the DISTRIBUTION Business Model in accordance with the commercial policies defined by management Provides remote assistance to customers on both commercial and technical matters Manages customer enquiries received via the Wika Customer Portal or by email Assists customers in pre-sales activities until the order is received and supports customers in choosing the technical requirements of the product Provides support to the external sales team for back office activities Ensures the monitoring of offers by carrying out the appropriate follow-up activities Maintains constant contact with WIKA production units for the development of offers through internal requests Supports Area Sales Managers in continuously updating prices, discounts, customer records and items Manages online shop promotional activities
Technical / Scientific diploma or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience Language Skills: English (written and oral) B2 level as a minimum Having an aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues Written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements Instrumentation’s knowledge 2/3 years of experience in the same job position
