The ASM is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets, identifying new Project Business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Accountable for the business model Project Business and responsible for project business customers / package vendors regarding gross margin, strategy & transfer of the strategy to gain better market penetration and sales revenue.Responsible for opportunities funnel, pipeline, hit rate ratio, profitability and revenue on customer level. Scout new market segments and new customers.Realizes and monitors annual sales and margin objectives and increases sales in the project business year-on-year.Creates & implement a "Value Selling" approach.Implements GPB agreed tools (Prep-tool, etc.) and processes (Trophy projects, GKAM / NKAM & authorization matrix, etc.).Optimizes the communication and the workflow with the PO and GPB team.Catalyzes specifications by aligning with SAS team, vendor listing with the relevant team members, shares market intelligence / customer insights, and other activities to expand market share in his customers.Creates and maintain relations at all levels and departments of customer’s organization, from spec-in (feed) engineering dept. purchasing, project management to administration.Ensures that future MRO and service requirements for WIKA are secured.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering. 7+ years of sales experience, with a significant portion in Project Business sales teams. Experience in sales or business development within the Project Business sector. Strong understanding of project lifecycle and Project Business processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
