Lead Kaizen Events: Plan, organize, and facilitate Kaizen events to address specific process improvements.  Ensure that Kaizen events are effectively executed and follow up on action items. Document and report the outcomes of Kaizen events, including improvements achieved and lessons learned. Promote Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements using Lean tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.). Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives. Facilitate Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions on Kaizen and Lean methodologies. Develop training materials and resources to support continuous improvement initiatives Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees involved in Kaizen activities. Monitor and Measure Results.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Certifications : Green Belt Six Sigma, IMS Auditor Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.). Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools. Knowledge of additional continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, TQM, etc.)
