Supervises production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures Trains and coaches production line employees Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback and develop performance improvement plans as needed Administer corrective actions in accordance with company policies to ensure accountability and continuous improvement Recommends continuous improvement opportunities to enhance production processes and allocate resources effectively Manages shift schedule to include workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations Coordinates production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers Schedules and conduct shift meetings Ensure shift production goals are met by monitoring operations to maintain product quality and efficiency Identify and reject products that do not meet specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards Supervise and provide oversight to employees across multiple shifts, ensuring operational efficiency, productivity and adherence to safety and company policies Manages Daily Improvements (MDI) Operates within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and WIKA Instructions (WIs) Ensures a clean and safe work environment (5S) Completes shift paperwork (SQDC) Assists in production as necessary Performs ancillary duties as needed

5 – 7 years manufacturing supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred Previous experience supervising employees, required Knowledge of MS Office, must be proficient in Excel and Word Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Ability to analyze problems and problem resolution skills Ability to use mathematical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to solve work related problems Ability to locate information with workplace graphs, charts, tables, forms, flowcharts, diagrams, floor plans, maps and instrument gauges Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery Able to work in noisy environment Experience in Lean Manufacturing, preferred
