Creates WT parts for High Precision Gauges Builds sub-assemblies. Builds parts from BOM. Maintains equipment and tooling. Completes orders on time. Joins sub-assemblies to create gauges. Compares gauges to the reference standards Verifies test results, print certificates and creates labels Packs gauges and prepares for shipping Interacts with the Calibration Lab and assembly group. Assists groups when time permits. Performs ancillary duties as required.
Associate degree in mechanical engineering or technical equivalent experience preferred 1-3 years of Manufacturing assembly experience with small parts. High Level mechanical ability. 1 year of calibration experience. 1-3 years in a metrology lab/environment. Experience using pressure systems. Experience with high precision measurement equipment
