Is the principal interface with internal and external customers on contractual matters; proactively coordinates action to efficiently and timely resolve any contractual issues. Reviews incoming customer requests for proposals, identifies proposal requirements, reviews terms and conditions for acceptability and compliance with company policies and proceduresEngages in proposal development as required, and secures required management approval for submittal of proposals to customers Leads proposal reviews and approvals; briefing management on terms and conditions, and status of the contracts to Sales and Service teams Reviews contractual terms and conditions for acceptability; assesses risk and impact utilizing Company resources (including Legal, Operations, and Pricing, as necessary); provides alternate terms and conditions to customers Negotiates, structures, and administers contractual documents that establish business relationships with customers and/or partners; working with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Professional Service teams to structure contracts. Conducts contract negotiation and management of major contracts. Closes contracts in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all activity. Manages contract life cycle, revision control, and effective library of all company contracts. Maintains, updates, and communicates company standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, as necessary. Operates in accordance with company policies and practices, and in compliance with accepted business ethics. Evaluates and monitors contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts. Reviews and drafts non-disclosure agreements Assists in maintaining corporate records Conducts training on legal terms and condition, risk identification and mitigation to create awareness in the organization Performs ancillary duties as assigned

Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field Ten years’ (10) relevant experience, including five (5) years’ experience negotiating contracts Experience creating, redlining and negotiation contracts is required. Legal background, or related field, aligned with legal contracts. Strong organization skills with a great attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills enabling them to work with people at all levels of the Company, customers, vendors, partners, etc. The ability to independently prioritize work effectively, and communicate same to all stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills to articulate the details of complex contracts. Excellent negotiating skills Ability to work without supervision and limited direction
