Responsible for the development of new potential business within EPC’s located in Norway and Denmark, promoting  the complete WIKA portfolio, to maximise the opportunities and meet our budgeted revenues. Take the lead on major accounts, either existing or potential. Build relationships through regular contact with EPC contractors, major end-users and process licensors to become a trusted advisor for measurement solutions. Ensure WIKA are an acceptable vendor, approved on recommended manufacturers lists and specified where possible to receive enquiry opportunities. Develop a strategic approach to project pursuit, from initial identification stage through FEED to maximise opportunities during project execution. Gain knowledge of process measurement applications to enable confident delivery of the complete WIKA portfolio together with emphasis on our MIV capability to the project EPC’s. Work with our existing European and Global project managers to leverage the experience and client approvals to our advantage. Drive new opportunities related to the energy transition, identifying potential applications and new business from this sector. Grow WIKA project business in pharmaceutical, food & beverage and basic materials sectors. Understand the project environment and obtain, use and circulate detailed information on the project philosophy’s using the company’s chosen methodology. Keep up to date records via the companies CRM on meetings, visits, market intelligence, business potentials and competition. Work with our Opportunity Pipeline on local and global projects at all the different phases regardless of if the final RFQ  is released locally or overseas. Present WIKA, the company capabilities and the complete product offering to all stakeholders using professional presentations, lunch & learns, networking events and other effective means. Work with the Projects Sales Director (Northern Europe) on other projects and assignments where appropriate.

Experienced external Sales professional within the Industrial Instrumentation, Process Instrumentation, Industrial/Process Automation, Engineering or Manufacturing sectors. Proven track record of growing business within major accounts. Proven track record of achieving targets and working to KPI’s. Highly self-motivated. Strong relationship building skills. Must have a proactive sales and customer driven mind-set. Must possess outstanding communication and organisational skills. Must be a CRM advocate. Must have the ability to gain a deep understanding of our products and services. Must work with integrity.
