Project management and order processing – responsible from customer order entry, to dispatch and delivery, including invoicing. Develop and enhance new and existing customer relationships for Project and Level. Coordination of customer order entry and creation of project documentation. Preparation and realisation of customer appointments and customer acceptances. Maintain up to date information on D365 and other associated systems, in accordance with the guidelines of opportunity and pipeline management. Promote a friendly, professional and helpful response to enquiries and clarifications, and respond within the time frame agreed with the customer. Be the main point of contact for customers and internal departments. Oversee the management of project orders and act as an escalation/interface with the customer, whenever required. Coordination of deadlines and monitoring of the individual project phases. Support Head of PO EMEA/I Execution Level, in preparing forecasts for Project business. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process. Dealing effectively of Project related complaints and change management. Work with the Team of PO EMEA/I Execution Level on other projects and assignments where appropriate.

Professional experience in project management. Communication skills with a high level of initiative and the ability to make well-considered decisions with confidence. Flexibility, with proximity to the UK production site, project-related willingness to travel to customer base (approx. 10% of the total role). Good competent knowledge in MS Office and MS Project. Hybrid role – onsite working mixed with working from home office, subject to business requirements. Ideal candidate will be a professional and helpful person, customer focussed. Ideally educated to ‘A Level’ standard or equivalent; a technical ‘degree level’ qualification would be advantageous. Must be organised and skilled in time management, to effectively prioritise and manage workloads.
