Quality Planning & Preparation: Prepare Job Cards based on approved QCP/ITP and transfer H, W & R points.Develop Weld Plans based on Weld Map Drawings.Review Material Test Certificates (MTC) and ensure material markings are traceable to original markings as per Technical Data Sheets (TDS). Coordination & Communication:Interact with external test laboratories for necessary testing.Coordinate with AI, TPIA, and customers for routine inspections and quality assurance activities. Inspection & Testing:Conduct inspections based on approved QCP/ITP by AI/TPIA/Client.Perform visual inspections of welds and compile visual inspection reports.Execute radiographic interpretation of weld joints and perform penetrant tests, including reporting and documentation.Execute Pre & Final FAT of SKID. Quality Improvement & Training:Conduct new procedure qualifications as required by project needs.Train and guide welders to enhance welding quality both in-house and at vendor locations. Documentation & Reporting:Prepare Technical Delivery Conditions (TDC) for welding consumables and ensure timely procurement.Create material identification reports and Material History Sheets based on TDS.Compile acceptance criteria and finalize all necessary documentation.
Minimum bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering , Relevant trainingsMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in SKID Quality, QA functions, QA Documentation.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.NDE Level II in PT,MT,UT,RT.
