Proactively manage and expand sales within the assigned region, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, present tailored solutions, and reinforce brand value. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that address customer challenges. Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company policies and market conditions. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Proven track record in field sales, territory management, or account development. A degree level qualification in a technical discipline would be advantageous. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. Fluent in Swedish and English
