- Breakdown Digital Sales Strategy into next level activities
- Define Digital Sales processes and landscape for outstanding customer experience
- Plan and execute digital sales projects in worldwide organization
- Support in building a global interdisciplinary team for digital sales activities
- Create environment for continuous improvement of Digital Sales Tools with customer perspective
- Expertise in working with eBusiness tools, EDIfact, Customer Portals, OCR, etc.
- Support Digital Marketing in defining the Customer Journey and deriving actions into Digital Sales activities
- Bachelor or Master's degree with focus on digital sales / eCommerce
- Several years' project experience in digitalisation within B2B industry
- Very good knowledge of digital sales processes, tools and methods
- Experience with digital methods in the field of business intelligence, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Disruptive spirit with a great desire to create value for customers and design complex digital B2B solutions
- Fluent spoken and written English and German
