Installation & Commissioning: Perform installation of temperature measuring instruments in reactors, heaters and distillation columns as per engineering drawings and specifications. Inspection & Testing: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of installed process instruments. Document test results and inspection findings as per QA/QC procedures. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Diagnose and rectify faults in thermocouple circuits, connections, and insulation.Work in coordination with plant maintenance and operations teams for planned and emergency shutdown maintenance. Compliance & Safety:Prepare work permits and follow confined space and working-at-height regulations.Participate in safety audits and risk assessments before executing tasks. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed service reports, calibration certificates and inspection logs.Communicate with clients, project engineers and PMC to ensure compliance. Proficiency with ERP system and MS office suite Prefer NDT Level certification and Operational Employees Safety Certification
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering. 3-4 years of experience in service department for installation, maintenance, and inspection of process measurement instruments preferably in petrochemical industries.
