Customer complaint handling- Preparation and communication of service estimation, to customer, coordination with production, sales for service/complaint, conducting CFT meet for customer complaint, Ensuring incoming electronic components inspection. Document preparation: Preparing customer TC and calibration certificate, service estimation & Analysis report Updating in Excel tracker and  ERP software. Understand the various ISO standards requirements. Updating of customer complaint tracker Field service and resolving complaints. Identification of RISK and opportunities, Aspect and impact in his work area.

Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 3 years of experience in customer complaint handling & service activities Hands on Experience in 8D reports  Ability to use metrics and analytics Knowledge of Service function. Hands-on-experience handling customer complaints and corrective action implementation Experience- 2 to 4 years Location- Chennai
