Develop, train, and mentor the UK internal sales team to provide technical support and respond to enquiries in a timely, professional and customer centric manner. Train and develop the Internal Team Leaders to serve as the first point of escalation for Internal Sales Engineers, the Customer Service team, and customers. Establish a comprehensive checking system designed to identify and address situations in advance where obligations or commitments to customers may not be met. This includes adherence to the limits of authority document. Ensure the internal sales team can train and support customers in using WIKA E-business tools. Manage WIKA UK's internal sales KPIs: OTD 1st promise, OTD last promise, acknowledgment times, Credits, enquiry-to-quote turnaround, QFU activities, and open quotations, and ensure we are meeting our commitments set out in the WIKA Sales Charter Working alongside the Sales Manager MRO UK and the Channel Manager UK & Ireland, improve Gross Margin performance for your areas of responsibility. Ensure that the workload is equitably distributed among team members. Resources should be reviewed daily, considering the workload, holidays, and absences for any other reason. Monitor the volume or quotations for low-spend, low-potential customers. In coordination with the Business Model Director, migrate these customers to a more efficient channel. Collaborate with the Process Industry Specialists Manager to build a technically skilled internal sales team, focusing on locally manufactured products and complex items like diaphragm seals.

Requires UK internal & external sales experience in a related engineering field. In-depth knowledge of the Process & Industrial industry is crucial. A higher qualification in a technical field or business studies is required. Experience with a CRM system and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs is required. A valid UK driving license is required.
