Sales realization, profit & loss responsibility for the distribution network. Establish sales strategy, goals and implement - follow up on action plans for successful growth Grow business in defined product and customer segments Build strong and long-lasting relations with customers Increase market share in India at the right profit level Regular reporting and coordination of sales meetings Provide budget plus forecast, booking and billing reporting for the implementation of strategic sales and product planning Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Act as the escalation point for customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Gather and analyze feedback from the field to refine sales strategies. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical). Experience- 3 to 5 years
