Work with WIKA USA marketing team and external partners to build, adjust, manage, and implement local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, with input and support from corporate counterparts Monitor updates to corporate website and duplicate on US website if applicable to the local market; work with local Market Segment Managers, Product Managers, and external agencies to evaluate updates Define, monitor, and report out internally on website and SEO KPIs Serve as point person for WIKA Americas marketing teams/colleagues for SEO strategy and best practices Work to continuously improve SEO strategy, staying on top of industry trends and best practices. Adjust WIKA USA strategy when applicable Maintain blog for WIKA USA and WIKA Canada. Responsibilities include uploading and publishing new content, comment moderation (working with WIKA SMEs to answer questions when applicable), maintaining content relevance via biannual content audits, and traffic analysis and reporting Work with sales partners to ensure proper representation of the WIKA brand on their online properties and maintain ongoing internal auditing of WIKA content on partner websites Manage corporate social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn and YouTube) Work with internal marketing team & external content agency to coordinate content creation for social as needed (graphics, video, etc.) Work with German support team to align local social strategy with corporate strategy Own local LinkedIn Sales Navigator administration Lead and manage special projects related to company web presence and digital strategy Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in media management, marketing, business administration, or digital marketing 3-5 years of experience in marketing or media management Experience managing websites required, experience with complex B2B websites a plus Ecommerce management experience Experience with common CMS systems and relevant Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.) Ability to think strategically, both in the short-and long-term Collaborative, customer-oriented mindset
