Advanced Customer Support: Handle more complex customer inquiries, providing in-depth product knowledge and customized solutions. Order escalation Management: Resolve escalated issues related to orders, including delivery delays or product discrepancies. Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and support to Sales Support Coordinator I staff, helping to train new team members. Relationship Management: Develop stronger relationships with key customers, acting as a primary point of contact for regular clients. Accurately enter sales orders per customer purchase orders and sales department quotes. Proof-read orders and communicate any errors or discrepancies to the originator. Provide customer feedback to associated customer, account or regional manager. Be proficient at using corporate ERP system (D365) for quotes, orders, and customer notes. Communicate with customers and sales agents on a regular basis via email, and/or telephone. Communicate with manufacturing and other departments as needed to perform duties. Provide back-up to other department team members in preparing quotations. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Sales.

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years’ equivalent work experience in a sales environment. Ability to learn how precision instruments operate. General understanding of pressure technology. Experience working with international customers. Good mathematical skills. Good understanding and experience using Microsoft Office products and email. Good telephone and communication skills.
