Maintain and update the local website in line with global brand and content guidelines, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and aligned with corporate standards. SEO/SEA optimisation, support search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine advertising (SEA) activities to improve online visibility and lead generation, following HQ’s digital strategy and KPI’s. Budget management, assist in managing and controlling the local marketing budget, ensuring all spending aligns with approved plans and policies. Provide regular budget updates and reporting as required. Creating and producing engaging marketing materials for both digital and print channels, tailored to regional audiences, whilst ensuring all marketing activities, materials, and communications adhere strictly to corporate branding and messaging strategies. Developing compelling content for newsletters to ensure relevance, clarity, and brand alignment. Preparing application reports and customer case studies that highlight real-world value and success stories across the region. Publishing content on internal and external platforms including SharePoint, LinkedIn, YouTube. Coordinate the rollout of global and regional marketing campaigns, liaising closely with HQ’s Campaign Manager and content team. Ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy while maintaining brand tone and consistency. Manage the planning, booking and execution of regional trade shows and customer events in alignment with corporate event strategies and brand guidelines. This includes managing logistics and photography initiatives. Following each event, oversee the processing of leads in collaboration with the sales team to ensure timely and effective conversions within the CRM system. Supporting Scandinavian partners and distributors with customised marketing assets and guidance. Collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement the annual marketing communication plan. Liaising with suppliers for digital, print, and event-related services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
3–5 years’ experience in marketing communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Danish & Swedish Proficiency with graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Strong knowledge of Office365 (Dynamics365 would be an advantage) Experience with publishing and distribution platforms (WordPress, email marketing tools, CRM, SharePoint, YouTube, LinkedIn, Yammer) Photography and image editing skills Familiarity with technical products for the process industry is an advantage Ambitious, responsible, and eager to learn Social, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively Strong organisational skills with attention to both detail and the bigger picture Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive workplace culture
