Planning & Procurement of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Haslelloy Materials & Job work at outside Ancillaries.Price Monitoring of Major Commodities & RM Procurement plan as per Price Trend.Cost Negotiations and set the Cost Saving Targets.Scheduling and Verifying the Purchase deliveries as per monthly Plan.Identification, Evaluation & Prioritization of Risks to meet the Targets smoothly.Designing the Purchase Strategies.Evaluate & Analyze the Spending against Budget.Inventory Control as per Norms, and maintain the Vendor Managed Inventory.NMS /SMS Control and reduction Plan.Development activity Plan, PPAP approvals in case of NPD. Premium Freight Monitoring and reduction Plan.Supplier QMS Audit and Supplier Upgradation Plan.Ensuring that all Purchased Items are meeting the required Quality Standards.Responsible for complete P2P Cycle.Strong Analytic Skills.Strong Negotiation & Leadership Skills.Strong Planning & Organizational Skills. Excellent Communication Skills.Ability to work independently.Experience as Purchase Manager in Similar Organization.Must be able to address the Issues Promptly.Must be able to Develop Contingency Plans.Must have High Ethical Standards & Integrity.
