Create and implement a roadmap for IIoT solution adoption in alignment with organizational goals and industry trends. Determine which solutions to target and work with sales on how to bring them to market Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide input for scalable and cost-effective solutions. Work with cross-functional teams in the successful launch of IIoT solutions across various departments and production lines. Work with IT and Engineering to ensure smooth integration of platforms, devices, and technologies. Continuously assess and improve IIoT solutions to ensure maximum performance and efficiency. Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as operations, IT, production, and business leaders) to understand needs and ensure the solutions align with business objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Provide training and support to sales organizations to ensure the effective launch of IIoT solutions. Stay current on industry developments, competitors, new technologies, and best practices in IIoT to drive continuous improvement. Work with sales to determine participation in speaking or showcasing events Work with local teams to establish pricing and inventory levels Assist in resolution of customer problems as needed
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Info Technology, or a related field required. 5+ years of experience in IIoT, industrial automation, or related technology fields required. 2 years in a managerial or solutions-focused role required. Strong knowledge of IIoT systems, platforms, and communication protocols. Experience in systems integration, project management, and software/hardware management in an industrial context. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and data analytics tools. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
