We, at Wika Project Support Office, India, support WIKA global offices (Europe, Middle east) with multiple activities related to Project Execution and management. Present role is for Project Execution support. Below are the major tasks to be supported by this role.Review of orderOrder entry in the ERP SystemExcel implementation of model coded templatesDocumentation ManagementOrder release activities.Factory and vendor co-ordinationOrder expediting and customer interaction (Form small orders)Creating Pro-forma and final invoiceCreating Preliminary packing list.Customer cop-ordination in case of post order issues.
