To ensure all statutory guidelines & safety requirements are met as per AERB / BARC. To maintain Ellora site. NDT inspection at all the stages complying all the requirement of approved NDT procedures/Specifications & Ensure that welder’s identification and weld joint identification shall be correlated with RT reports. To coordinate with Production team for RT test and review all RT films and generate report. To manage manpower and perform test as per the production plan in 3shifts. To generate MIS of RT Lab (RT Film consumption, RT repair, Manhour consumed, RT Tracker) Analysis of RT repair - Preparation and circulation of monthly radiography summary for all the radiography performed and analysis of repairs welder wise To reduce consumable cost (Film, Developing Medium etc.) by 30%.
BE / Diploma - Mechanical / Electrical RSO Certification & approval from AERB BARC Level - I (Radiographer), ASNT RT Level II RT,MPI,DPT,UT,VT ISO – 9712 , RT Level - II
