To coordinate Overseas shipments with Freight Forwarders. To compile the required documents for Export & Import process. To ensure compliance with international shipping laws. To evaluate the costing of Shipments, Negotiations and cost savings to Outward freight. To attend and resolve the Customer enquiries on priority. Monitor the Inventory levels and maintain them as per Norms. Develop cost estimates for Export shipments and manage the Freight, Customs duty, and other charges as per budget defined. To maintain the Premium Freight data. To manage customer protocol and government compliance for all domestic, export & import deliveries. To ensure the timely dispatch of goods from warehouses to customers or distribution centers. To prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimizing dispatch operations. To ensure that all dispatch operations comply with local and transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Master Degree - 10 Years experience in Export Shipments. Location- Palwal
