Should have good knowledge of conventional machining process and CNC machining process Ensure that production schedules are followed and that products are manufactured on time and according to specifications. Maximize productivity by optimizing the use of operators, equipment, and materials. Ensuring that all necessary materials are available for production and that the team is properly manned. Coordinate with PPC/ supply chain to ensure raw materials and supplies are available. Work closely with the quality team to detect and correct any deviations or defects in the process. Ensure that workers adhere to quality procedures & ISO 9001 standards throughout the production process Assign tasks, monitor performance of operators and ensure they are meeting productivity targets. Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Ensure accurate record-keeping of production data, daily/monthly/weekly production reports, Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly. Adhere to IMS procedure in production process and maintain records for audit and review.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency Note: -willing to work in shift based on company requirements Working experience: 6-7 years
B Tech /Diploma-Mechanical Knowledge of Lean manufacturing/QMS
