Generates sales, services current clients and prospects new customers. Sells the whole WIKA's product- / service-portfolio in defined area (geographical/channel) Develops and implements account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by the Team Leader Distribution Builds strategic working relationships with clients and maintains a high level of client contact (telephonic / face to face) to ensure that their specific requirements are addressed, in order to monitor and grow existing business Managing a distribution network and continuing to ensure that the Company is well represented throughout the network geographically and by market, by new partners if the need arises Provides professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients Identifies and generates new business opportunities on an ongoing basis in order to achieve predetermined sales targets Reports on sales opportunities and achievements as required (weekly / monthly) Converts potential sales opportunities to revenue by using WIKA CRM
Technical degree and English fluent High written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building resilient working relationships across the WIKA world Skilled in time management, showing ability to manage multiple aspects of the business simultaneously Confident and able to make decisions which influence and improve customer
