Develops and increases sales for assigned accounts in the WEgrid solutions field and related technology Maintains contact with assigned accounts and ensures a high level of satisfaction for all internal and external customers in the market segment Spends time in the field with experienced sales personnel to learn, train and visit key accounts; provides periodic sales coverage to existing accounts, jointly and/or individually \ Identifies and uncovers market needs and trends in cooperation with Sales Managers through penetration, execution, and retention sales initiatives  Implements strategies and manages activities with Sales Managers and Market Segment teams to meet sales goals  Partners with other WIKA sales channels and offers technical support in the specific market segment portfolio  Utilizes defined sales processes and is creative in developing new processesProduct Support: Assists in the development of product, application and marketing tools to support inside and outside sales  Supports customer projects & applications needs and offers assistance to team members with kick-off meetings and final negotiations    Provides routine and timely feedback to Sales Operations as well as to inquiry & product management regarding market trends, competition intelligence, market prices, distribution channels, products and promotions, as requested Performs and supports Field Service activities on WEgrid solutions  Helps to ensure a competitive product portfolio and develop possible product bundles for customers Supports Webshop and website product portfolio positioning.  Establishes & manages price strategies, quote activities and training Serves as a liaison between inside and outside sales  Acts as liaison between WIKA USA, WIKA Americas and WIKA Corporate on matters related to WeGrid Trains to continuously develop expand their existing product, application and market knowledge Trains the WIKA sales organization, customers and channel partners on the product portfolio in regard to applications and technology  Participates and presents in sales meetings and trade shows as needed.  Performs ancillary duties as assigned or required

Minimum of A.S in Business or related Technical field. 3 years of work experience in product support role acceptable in lieu of a degree. Bachelor of Science/Engineer or similar qualification is preferred, but not required 3+ years industrial/technical experience in sales/marketing/engineering Previous experience with instrumentation or measurement technologies preferred Ability to develop, plan execute market strategies Highly organized and has very effective time management skills Ability to work cross functionally with other members of the sales and marketing organization Strong negotiating skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM software Knowledge of the Power Transmission and Distribution Market preferred
