Ensure timely entry of orders into the system and coordinate for execution planning Track and manage open RFQs and opportunities, ensuring timely responses to targeted clients. Monitor job progress and ensure proper documentation and closure of service activities. Provide weekly updates to the stakeholders on open orders. Obtain necessary approvals, signatures, and stamps from customers on job sheets and time sheets. Keep customers updated on job progress and coordinate internal actions to meet expectations. Support vendor invoice posting and ensure alignment between procurement and accounts departments. Ensure smooth handover of materials from Stores to Production upon instruments arrival. Maintain flexibility in working hours during urgent job handling and client communication

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field 3–5 years experience in a coordination or support role within industrial services Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with procurement, vendor coordination, and service job tracking Advance level of English and Arabic speaking is must
