Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support the company’s business activities. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive rapid sales growth in India. Determine and develop approaches to upstream marketing solutions, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns for corporate promotion, product launches, and other marketing initiatives. Develop and roll out corporate sales business processes, standards, and tools, focusing on the customer journey from opportunity to qualified leads. Content and Digital Marketing: Lead the creation of valuable content for the company’s online presence, including editorial design and organization of company publications. Guide strategies to enhance the use of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to increase brand visibility and engagement. Event Management: Produce and organize promotional events or activities efficiently to boost brand presence and customer engagement. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct general market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Review and analyze marketing initiatives to improve marketing strategies and optimize ROI. Business Development Planning Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Budget and Resource Management: Control marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects. Ensure the profitability of the product portfolio through strategic pricing management. Price Management Develop and implement pricing strategies across all products/services to meet company revenue and profitability targets Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions Analyze historical data and market trends to assess the effectiveness of current pricing strategies Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain competitive advantage Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business goals and market positioning Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 15 years + proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment
