Implementation of relevant quality and procurement processes and serving as the central contact for subsidiaries and suppliers regarding quality matters Identification of best practices in collaboration with suppliers and internal WIKA teams to optimize processes, with a focus on increasing efficiency within the global SQE team Execution and support of supplier qualifications, audits, process approvals and improvement projects in cooperation with the lead buyer and specialist teams Complaint processing, including initiating, coordinating and monitoring corrective and improvement actions Participation in supplier selection and evaluation in collaboration with the lead buyer, lead engineer and project purchasing Coaching and training of material group team members in quality techniques
Completed technical or engineering degree, or a comparable qualification combined with several years of professional experience Specific expertise as an auditor as well as strong methodological, problem‑solving and analytical skills Intercultural competence and broad process knowledge across various material groups Business‑fluent English and Polish required Precise, responsible and independent working style Enjoyment of working in a team
