Install Loadcells(Compression,tension,Bending beam,shear Beam, Load pins, Tension Links etc) as per ApplicationPerform correct loadcell wiring(4-Wire/6 wire) to indicators or Amplifiers Configure and commission weighing Indicators/Transmitters Carry out system commissioning after installation Verify performance using test weights or reference loads Ensure readings meet accuracy and repeatability requirements Support customer during trial runs and acceptance tests Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols such as RS-232,RS485,Modbbus,CAN ,Ethernet(Not mandatory).Ability to assist customer with basic communication checks and trouble shooting Diagnose issues related to loadcells,indicator scaling, mounting or mechanical constraints. Identify whether a problem is sensor related ,electronics related or machine related Provide corrective actions and service support after site visits.
Diploma/BE/BTECH in Electrical, Electronics Instrumentation or mechatronics /Mechanical Engg. 1-5 years or relevant Field Service Experience preferred
