1. Inspection & CompliancePerform inspections for  assembly, mechanical, welding works as per project scope.Verify compliance with Customer requirement and relevant international codes (ASME, API, ASTM, AWS).Conduct material receiving inspections and verify MTCs, heat numbers, and traceability.Inspect fabrication activities including welding, NDE, hydrotesting, painting, and final assembly.Ensure all equipment and instruments used are calibrated and certified 2. Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and Method Statements.Complete Aramco-required forms such as RFI documentation.Maintain daily inspection reports, NCR logs, and quality records for final dossier compilation.Support the preparation of Manufacturer Data Books (MDB) and Project Quality Dossiers for final handover 3. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate inspections with Aramco inspectors, third‑party agencies, and internal project teams.Attend quality meetings, toolbox talks, and project progress reviews.Communicate nonconformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 4. Quality Assurance SupportMonitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project quality requirements.Participate in internal audits and surveillance activities.Support root cause analysis for quality issues and implement improvement actions

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years QC/inspection experience in oil & gas projects.At least 3 years working on Saudi Aramco projects with strong knowledge of Aramco standards. Certifications such as:* NDT Level 2 - LPI, RT (Preferred)* BGAS / NACE (for coating inspectors)(advantage)* Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO, and Aramco standards.* Experience with NDT methods and interpretation of results.* Strong documentation and communication skills.
