Conduct real-time inspections during different stages of manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and procedures, Detect and report defects or non-conformities in products or processes, and work with production teams to address and resolve these issues immediately Develop and execute quality control plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists to ensure consistent inspection and adherence to quality standards Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain detailed inspection records, generate quality reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders on quality performance and improvement opportunities. Ensure all quality processes comply with industry standards, ISO 9001 & customer requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality process and manufacturing process inspection with the relevant manufacturing. Proficiency in using quality tools such as FMEA, RCA, etc
