Supervise daily RT lab activities to ensure that radiographic testing of materials, welds, and components is conducted according to procedures, standards, and specifications Managing the scheduling, planning, and execution of testing activities to optimize lab efficiency Ensure that all radiographic testing operations comply with radiation safety regulations and standard ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect personnel from radiation exposure Ensure that all radiographic testing equipment (e.g., X-ray machines, gamma ray sources, film processors) is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards Conduct regular internal audits, ensure the accuracy and reliability of radiographic test results Properly train all radiographic testing personnel and make them competent in performing radiographic inspections Evaluation and interpretation of radiographic test results to identify defects, or non-conformities in materials and components. To reduce consumable cost ( Film, Developing Medium etc).

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Radiography or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the quality process and RT Lab process with the relevant manufacturing. RSO Certification, demonstrating expertise in radiation safety regulations, protocols, and best practices Proficiency in NDT methods. In-depth knowledge of radiographic testing principles, techniques (e.g., X-ray, gamma-ray), equipment, film processing, digital radiography, and radiograph interpretation. Proficiency in identifying defects such as cracks, porosity, inclusions, and incomplete penetration
