Drive order intake, revenue, and margin growth for WIKA portfolio (pressure, temperature, level, flow, force, calibration solutions) within the Oil & Gas segment in western India. Manage and expand key accounts including refineries, petrochemicals, gas plants, pipelines, & LNG terminals Develop strong specification positioning of WIKA products with End-user and EPCs at early project stages. Identify and convert project opportunities from RFQ stage through order finalization. Coordinate closely with applications engineering, proposal, product management, and operations teams to deliver technically compliant and competitive offers. Lead commercial negotiations while protecting pricing, margins, and contractual terms. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates for management reviews. Provide market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging instrumentation requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth handover, order execution support, and timely issue resolution. Manage and grow strategic relationships with major key accounts, including end users, EPCs, consultants, and OEMs.Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
