Responsible for maintaining margin and pricing guidelines in line with the sales strategy for assigned customers Technical clarification and quotation, in line with corporate sales process Follow up quotations to assigned customers and documentation of the activities Qualification of RFQs and projects using predefined criteria to increase hit ratio  Meet internal Sales KPIs Previous experience in handling project business is mandatory Coordinate all pre-order activities timely; making configuration, follow-up of suppliers offers and co-ordinate customers clarifications with suppliers in timely manner Contact customers where necessary for any technical queries and ensure all customer expectations are met Follow-up and communicate with manufacturing for customer related queries Work closely with sales team and all relevant departments to ensure projects offering and clarifications are submitted within the required schedule Ensuring that sales activities are carried out according to agreed departmental KPIs and procedures and recorded in required business systems (constantly and comprehensively)

Completed higher technical education, preferred in the field of engineering Minimum 3 years’ experience with market and customer knowledge of the industrial market is required High level of organizational skills to manage both existing and potential customers Self-driven and proactive, ability to work in an international team across countries remotely from your location Experience in Oil & Gas and Petro Chemical Industry is a plus. Very good communication skills and strong customer orientation Personal skills: Presentation, Communication & Negotiation skills, Analytical thinking & Leadership. Language skills: spoken & written English proficiency, native Arabic (French is a plus) Professional experience in sales of technical equipment & solution is an asset Strategic approach, very good negotiation and communication skills and strong customer orientation
